Greet customers, sell season swim passes and daily admissions, provide excellent customer service and set the tone for every visitor. An enthusiastic and friendly demeanor to every visitor is “a must.”

$10.50 per hour     Year-Round

Maintains constant surveillance of patrons in the facility; acts immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency. Provides emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services. Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service. Performs various maintenance duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility. Must be American Red Cross certified.

$11.50 per hour

No matter what their age, people need to know about water, and you are just the person to teach them water safety, swimming, and other aquatic specialties. Help prevent pool emergencies before they start by teaching patrons with swimming lessons. American Red Cross certification required.

$12 per hour

Not only do you have what it takes to be a Lifeguard (see above), but you are also a Lifeguard Leader.
Responsibilities include overseeing, instructing, planning and assessing the personnel and executing lifeguard activities. Trains the newcomers and supervises the daily operations. Performs other pool duties and roles as advised by the pool manager. Must be American Red Cross certified with Lifeguard and WSI certifications.

$13 per hour

Performs maintenance duties related to the proper operation of municipal swimming pools. Must be 18 years old or older. Work less than 28 hours per week. Possible available shifts are weekdays from 4:30 to 9:30 a.m., 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., or 5 to 10 p.m.; Saturdays from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 12 to 8 p.m.; Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

$14 per hour


Pool managers will assist in enforcement of policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the pool facility including personnel management and training, scheduling, and dealing directly with customers. Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service. This employee must have excellent organizational, communication, and public relation skills. Supervisory experience is preferred.

$16 per hour

During school year, Lifeguard and Head Guard only:
• +$0.75 per hour for Monday through Friday, 5:30 to 10:30 a.m. shifts.
• +$4 per hour for Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. shifts.
